The main objective of this project was to increase the sales of the Vichy Catalan online store, an objective that we more than met.
Challenges that we set ourselves and that we work thoroughly:
- get new customers
- encourage recurrence
- Gain presence in Spanish cities where the brand is little known
- Encourage sales of products that are not the core of the brand (flavored drinks...)
To this end, joint search engine advertising strategies, social networks and eMail Marketing & Automate were launched, also supported by an important part dedicated to creativity and CRO, improving the usability of the website.
Mineral water is a basic necessity product and there will always be those who are willing to buy it online. The demand exists, you simply have to be there when it moves, when the consumer types “water at home” in the search engine. And it is achieved with daring campaigns, very well planned and highly optimized since competition is important. Optimizing costs to the maximum, always looking for that click that will give you the greatest return. Many online supermarkets compete strongly in this market.
For this, analytics was very important. We measured to the millimeter where the sales came from and in which regions they were produced and we analyzed the ROAS by zone.
