Adapted Agile Methodology

Our Agile Maintenance approach is based on an adaptation of the Agile methodology, which has proven to be highly effective in managing constantly evolving web projects. We work closely with our client to define a service level that meets their specific needs. We offer three service levels, which can be N1, N2, or N3, with N3 being the most comprehensive and robust. Based on these levels of task difficulty, and in the time planning, we will define the Sprints that will be faster or slower depending on the contracted level.

Simplified Task Management

To facilitate task and priority management, we categorize their complexity into the same three levels: N1, N2, and N3. This allows for more effective resource management and precise planning. Therefore, a "Development and Agile Evolution N3" service has the flexibility to perform tasks categorized as N1, N2, or N3, in addition to the ability to parallelize tasks up to a total of 3 points. This means we can simultaneously develop 3 N1 tasks, one N1 task and one N2, or one N3 task, providing you with the agility needed to adapt to the changing demands of your business.
